Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of individuals and expect the same level of respect for our own rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove infringing material. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA ‘safe harbor’ provisions against claims of copyright infringement. To report an infringement in good faith, you must provide us with specific information outlined below:

Notice of Infringement – Report

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
  3. Information to help locate the infringing material, including the URL;
  4. Contact information of the complainant, including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;
  5. A statement that the use of material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that all information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized by the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties may apply to individuals providing false information in a copyright infringement notice. All takedown notices should be sent via our Contact page. Email submissions are preferred for faster processing.

We may share the details of any copyright infringement claim with the accused party. By submitting a claim, you agree that your information may be disclosed to them.

Counter Notification – Request for Material Restoration

If your content has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. Your written notification must include the following elements under 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the material removed and its original location;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake;

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page. Email communication is recommended.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and make an effort to identify repeat offenders as per the DMCA requirements. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
